Apple has long made it awkward for users to create stronger “memorable” numeric passcodes; it has kept a 5 digit length or if you want something more secure & harder to guess you always had to choose a password with letters and numbers.

Well now the Apple hipsters have removed that limitation – you can now create numeric codes from 6 digits upwards.

To change this – on your device:

Settings > Touch ID & Passcode > enter your passcode > Change password > set a Custom Numeric Code
